Our Story.

Founded in 2018, Xenia is the passion project of husband and wife duo and former commercial real estate agents, Melissa & Zev. Launched while still dating, Xenia began with several successful and widely popular Airbnb locations and 26 Superhost acknowledgments before branching off into Southern California’s premier short-term rental team and known as the top luxury vacation rentals in Manhattan Beach.

From the start, our goal has been to provide people from all walks of life with a memorable and sublime experience from start to finish.
